Payments are accepted in the form of cash/check/venmo/zelle
Cancellation Policy
Doc Rylan requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid payment in full for the appointment. Cancellations due to emergencies can be waived by Doc Rylan on a case-by-case basis.
Forms
The State of Texas requires your veterinarians referral/approval for chiropractic treatment prior to the first appointment/adjustment. This referral must be in writing and signed by your veterinarian and on file with Doc Rylan before scheduling your first appointment. For any services other than a chiropractic adjustment, Doc Rylan and Elite Animal Chiropractic will refer you back to your veterinarian.
