Cancellation Policy
New Patients
Reservation Fee: A 100% reservation fee for the services booked is required at the time of booking, along with a valid card on file. This fee will be applied toward your first treatment.
Cancellations/Reschedules:

Over 24 Hours' Notice: Full refund available for cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice.

Within 24 Hours' Notice: A 50% charge for scheduled services will be applied to your card on file for reschedules.

Same-Day Cancellations: The reservation fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward the cancelled appointment.
- Same-Day Reschedules: A 100% charge for scheduled services will be applied to your card on file.

Cancellations/Reschedules:

Over 24 Hours' Notice: No charge for cancellations and reschedules.

Within 24 Hours' Notice: A 50% charge for scheduled services will be applied to your card on file for reschedules. A 75% charge for scheduled services will be applied to your card on file for cancellations.

General Policies

Cancellations and schedule changes must be made during business hours. Any messages received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Emergency Cancellations: If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please provide documentation, and we will gladly waive the cancellation fee.
Card on File
In order to adhere to our scheduling and cancellation policies, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at the time of booking. While you may opt to use an alternative payment method approved by DocRylan at the time of service, the card on file will be utilized for any applicable cancellation fees in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain efficient scheduling.
Forms
The State of Texas requires your veterinarians referral/approval for chiropractic treatment prior to the first appointment/adjustment. This referral must be in writing and signed by your veterinarian and on file with Doc Rylan before scheduling your first appointment. For any services other than a chiropractic adjustment, Doc Rylan and Elite Animal Chiropractic will refer you back to your veterinarian.
